Deep Dive Timesheet Reports

The foundation of all good business decisions is data, our reports will take all the time that your team have recorded in the system and convert it to useful data you can make decisions with.

Total Time By Client By Month

Whether you need a detailed breakdown of time recordings or a summary this report is the one for you. This report can display data for all clients for up to 12 months of time recordings. When running this report you can choose the level of detail to be displayed. At the highest level, this report is a summary of all time recorded. At the lowest level, this report is a detailed breakdown of all time recordings in the system.

This report can be run for a single client/entry-level or all clients/time entry levels. You can choose to see only data from completed timesheets or all data. This report data can also be exported to PDF or CSV.

Total Time By Person By Month

This report provides similar data to Total Time By Client By Month but instead of showing the total time recordings, the time recordings are broken down by staff member. This allows you to quickly identify who has recorded time for each client. When running this report you can choose the level of detail to be displayed. At the highest level, this report is a summary of all time recorded per client per person. At the lowest level, this report is a detailed breakdown of all time recordings in the system for each staff member.

This report can be run for a single client/entry-level or all clients/time entry levels. You can choose to see only data from completed timesheets or all data. This report data can also be exported to PDF or CSV.

Weekly Timesheet

This report will provide a printout of each staff member's timesheet with their time recordings and notes. The data in this report is separated by department and staff member and shows the status of each timesheet week.

This report can be run for a single department/staff member or all departments and staff members. You can choose to see only data from completed timesheets or all data. This report data can also be exported to PDF or CSV.

Late Timesheets

Our late timesheet email reminder will automatically chase your staff members for any incomplete timesheets in the last four weeks. For those administrators who want more control, the late timesheet report can show the status of timesheet weeks for 26 weeks. Each timesheet that is completed, pending or approved will show a tick for the staff member's name, any timesheet that is rejected or incomplete will show a cross for the staff member's name. Exporting this report to a CSV will replace the ticks and crosses with the timesheet status, showing each week as completed, approved, pending, rejected or incomplete.

This report can be run for a single department or all departments. You can choose to see only data for only active staff accounts or expired and active accounts. You can choose to hide data for any staff member whose timesheets are all completed. This report data can also be exported to PDF or CSV.

Export Time And Rates

The export time and rates report is our most powerful report. It allows you to select from a list of fields to create a custom CSV export for any date range. You can create a summary or detailed report for clients, offices, departments, job titles or staff members. You can include notes, reference numbers, cost values and bill values.

This report can be run for a single office/department/staff member/client or all of these options. You can also choose to see only data from completed timesheets or all data.

Export Staff Update

The Export time and rates report focuses on staff member's time recordings. This report focuses on the staff member's account data, you can select a range of fields to create your export allowing you to easily check and compare staff account data.

This report can be run for a single department/staff member or all departments and staff members. You can choose to only report on active accounts or active and inactive accounts.

Import Staff Update

This report works in conjunction with the export staff update report. Once you have exported your data you can update the fields and import the changes into Timemarker. This allows you to quickly bulk update staff member's details. This report is often used for updating or adding new cost and bill rates, changing email addresses if your company changes domain name and setting reference codes.
