With this information, we provide a quick tailored product demonstration showing the features that are beneficial to your company. We explain each feature and the impact it has on your business from saving your admin team time with our late timesheet reminder, discussing the benefits of timesheet approval to identifying the key reports for your business.

Timemarker will configure the system on your behalf

Product Setup

Setting up a new product for a company can be daunting especially if the system is new. Timemarker can configure the system on your behalf, all you need to do is provide key information about your business and we will do the rest. Simple product setups are completed free of charge and within three working days for 90% of companies, we provide a review session with your team to see if there are any additional changes to make and agree on a date for login details to be sent to your team.

Free Training Sessions

Training

Timemarker can provide two free training sessions to each new company. The first training session is for your admin team, we will answer any questions your team has and show them how to maintain the system. We will tailor this session to your team’s requirements letting them lead the session to make sure they get the most from it. If your team are unsure of their requirements, we focus on adding new staff, updating staff accounts, and adding time entry items.

The second session we provide is on Timemarker reports. In this session, we will work with you to identify the key data for your business, and how to run reports as a summary or a detailed report. The last part of this session will focus on the export reports, showing you how to build your own custom exports to focus on only the data relevant to you and your team.

Time entry training sessions for your team and additional training sessions can be provided on request.
